Results are in for March’s market analysis!
While the weather is unpredictable with rain one day & sunny the next, the real estate market is pretty predictable with the years past.
The spring market is here in our market areas and we’re seeing the Average Sale Price incline from last month along with Average Days on Market decline in most markets.
Granted these stats have declined from this time last year.
They’re slowly and consistently creeping up in 2024
Unless you’re in Burlington, there’s no snails pace there. The sales prices are moving up quickly!
$160K higher this month from last - for the same house!
While inventory isn’t in abundance, the total homes for sale is accelerating.
We’re seeing competition of offers on the hot properties and less days on market on a whole.
