Time to review the market environment from January 2024!
The first month of 2024 has yielded a slow increase to the average sale price in most of these local markets.
The average days on the market for a home (DOM) is higher than it was last year and in some markets, quite substantially higher!
More and more patience is needed but it’s worth it! In the end, the sales are landing in the high 90’th percentile for sale price vs list price. 96.9% - 98.7%
Pricing your home properly with an effective sales strategy for your type of home and market are key elements to a successful sale
Buyers get out there and find your dream home sooner than later!
The prices are consistently increasing month over month in most markets.
Coupled with the mortgage interest rates staying the same (and potentially dropping down), the prices are only going to go higher.
